• 30-Day Window: You have 30 days from your order date to send back any unused, unwashed, and original condition products in their original packaging.
• Easy Start: Just drop our friendly support team an email at ⁠eliteautosalesnyc@gmail.com before sending anything back so we can give you a Return Authorization code and keep track of your package.

 Shipping Info:

• If you changed your mind or ordered the wrong item, you'll just cover the return shipping costs.
• If we made a mistake on your order or something arrived defective, we'll send you a prepaid return label immediately and fix it on our dime!

 Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your items, we’ll issue your refund right back to your original payment method (minus standard shipping costs).
